Feit Electric “Closet Rod” Light for Veg/reVeg

So this is outdoor in a greenhouse. I’m really just using it to keep them “awake” at night and reveg. Clones were 14 days into 12/12 when taken. Probably put them outside a little early but they are doing well after 3 nights. A little bedding cloth thrown over for added warmth.

Question is: Has anyone used one (or multiple) of these to initially veg-from-seedling or to reveg, without being also sunlit?
It seems the K range is good...

Does the “1850 lumens” really count for much or are there unlisted factors that I am uneducated about (I mean, I know there is) like photon spread and such?

I was a fresh newb last year and threw a couple of these and some Feit “Vegetative” bulbs (the ones that look like flood-lights) in a closet with two plants-
probably obvious to you but this was not an optimal situation, but they grew.
Took one outside and used a throw over tent setup to flower one. The other flowered in closet. Guess which did better? Transferred the closet one outside after a couple weeks.
