fertilizer wonderment

Just wodering when should i start fertilize ?

one say after a week , the other say after the "Cotyledons" droped..
anyone can say one answer for sure ?

Throw down some veg ferts at about two weeks, or dilute them quite a bit and start feeding early.. It's up to you man, just take it slow and easy.

tomorrow will be a week since they hatched from the ground..
and i been told to dilute 2.5-3.0 mililiter per litter..

and because they still young , week old, i dont know what the amount because i water them with barely a dispodable cup amount of water (4 sprouts = barely 1 dispodable cup of water)
