I know there probably is COUNTLESS posts about this type of topic... but i'm still new and I just wanted to know whens the best time to fertilize from seed... I have miracle grow bloom booster and I have mix a lot of bone meal in my soil... it seems to have effect. Just wanted to know. Thanks!
