I have some kind of nute in almost every watering. I tend to push my plants to the limit, so if you're looking to be safe and have unburned plants, I'd do nutes every other watering.
Also make sure you build it up like half teaspoon at first per gallon and build it up until you reach the reccomended dosage in the instructions. My last bloomig nutes were 8.5 teapoos per gallon, took about a month to get to that point
