few questions about lst during 12/12

Hey guys hows it going.I have this lil bagseed grow going.I transplanted into 5 gallon pot on day 28 from seed and started tying down on day 30.originally anticipated to veg for another month but they raise price per kilowatt by an extra 7 cents every summer and i didn't take that into account so I ended up switching light cycle on day 35.

So my question is would it be more beneficial to continue tying down or just to let it go as is?(day 5 of 12/12)
