Few Questions On My Grow

Hey!** I'm posting all the pictures**
growing some og kush on a 24/0 light cycle, it's only 2.5 weeks old and I want to know how's my progress from an older experienced grower and to answer some basic questions
1st of all, does it look like its in good condition? It's around 2.5-3 inches
2nd, does it look stretched a little? I don't know why because my cfl is around 2-3 inches away from it, running a strong 32 watt CFL bulb, around 2k lumens. might be when I leave it outside to get some wind and sunlight?
3rd, when to transplant?? I have a small container atm (bottom of a apple juice to be exact) and I could see my roots through the bottom, keep in mind this plant is just 3 inches and 2 1/2 weeks old so should I wait a little longer?

4th, any extra tips for my girl? :)

More light.
More drainage holes.
More light.
Cover your container so light doesn't get to the roots.
More light.
Cut back on watering. (soil looks like mud.)
More light.
Add Perlite when you transplant.
Don't transplant for another week at least, IMO.
You're a little slow there, and I think it's a combination of lighting, soil, and lighting. ;)
Here's a pic of what mine usually look like any time from 20-25 days from sprout, under CFL's.View attachment 2970259

Soil is naturally that black actually lol
i thought the same thing but trust me it's not muddy or close to it
and yeah I know they loveeee that light
I need to get some splitting bulb adapters for my cfl lamps, if I had some I would've put some more light
and what do you mean by cover container?

good luck man. If you are getting it right you should have normal 5 leaflet leaves pretty quick. Cover container-The light is not good for the roots, most people agree.

The roots normally don't get light to them, so when you put the plant in a clear soda lookin' bottle like that, the roots don't like it.
I can't honestly think you're getting good drainage from soil that looks that dark, so again, IMO, add some Perlite when you transplant to aid in drainage and keep the soil from compacting in a few weeks.
I'm not trying to be a dick, but just pointing out what I would fix if that was mine.
So far, looks ok though, just a little slow growing.

Yeah it's cool I know what you mean
And I thought my plant was growing pretty fast until I saw your 20-25 day pic lol
Ya, that one was actually under 98w of CFL's, in MG soil with about 35% MG Perlite mixed in right when I transplanted.
Here's about 7 days later after she took off in the new home.
I was taking pics every Monday last Winter.6dec10_zpsa6eea805.jpg
If you want to follow, I haven't started a thread for this Winter, but I'm putting up pics in a couple places.
