Ffof nd floragrow+bloom

Im completely new to grow i haveva stealth pc box nd i currently have 1 bigbud auto (3days old already has 1s spear leaves) nd 2 bagseed jus planted i use ffof but i want to kno wen to feed them nd how much to give them (simplest form plz dnt have much equipment)...plz nd thank you

I wouldnt feed them while they veg in ffof but thats me if you do give them lite doses 1/8-1/4 strength...hope you have a measuring spoon set
