filling up resevoir and adding nutes

Ok i plan on filling my tank up using 5 gallon pails.My question is should i adjust the ph per bucket or after the whole tank is full.Also when adding nutes should i go right into the tank or mix per bucket im using an aeroflo2 30 TY

May as well mix it all in the reservoir.
Also dont bother ajusting the ph until after you've added your nutes

Don't listen to dookey, he is incorrect.
Because nutrients will change (usually lower) your PH, you want to adjust it after you add your nutes, thus giving you your desired PH value rather than stabbing in the dark.

Gotcha ty,also i am using an aeroflo2 they say i should flush it every 4-7 days.What ph should it be?Should i flush with 1/4 nutes?Distilled water?All in all im a little confused about the whole flushing process in general any help or links would be very helpful.ty

def you mix first. nutes will affect ph. why measure ph then add nutes and throw it off? Mix it all then check. don't do anything by bucket. A bucket is big enough and wouldn't matter but its more accurate to measure perfectly once and dump it in. when you use a small spoon to measure nutes into a large res the miniscus on the spoon can throw you way off
