So now what should I see as benefits? I'm just experimenting I did this over topping for recovery time reasons and from what I read fimming gives more colas? Like I said I'm a noob but I love this little plant and I'm treating her well.

If done correctly, the "Fuck, I Missed" (FIM) technique will cause four main colas to grow, as opposed to the standard one, or the two produced by "Topping" the plant.

I've also heard this works well. I guess its wait and see with this. 1 more month of veg to go.

Yes patience is key.. after you top or fim your plant, it will be stressed. If you have them comfortably growing they will respond positively after what is the initial stress week, so to say.
