Finally! Second Grow!

So I finally set every thing up and out of 6 germinated seeds I got 4 females, it's a very ghetto setup! I'm using plastic bottles with an air stone lol, but I see a big with my new light. I had the light too close at the start so my leaves started to curl, so I fixed that and she got bushier!

I'm still having the same problem with taco like leaves lol.
I thought it might be due to the light being too close but it's not that. I thought it might be PH related, so I kept a good eye on it. My temps went up to almost 82 for about 4 hours while I was gone (left closet door closed). Other than this problem, I have noticed a huge difference from growing with cfl. The plants are much bigger and bushier.

UPDATE!
Here are my 4 girls doing alright I guess. I still can't figure out the problem, some leaves look wavy (?) as you can see in the pics, temps? The only issue with temp in my situation is too low rather than too high

Junnk: not necessarily. You reap what you sew. A lot of your problem has been discussed in past posts you could review for yourself on a search. For those of us with Aerogardens I think this is the best forum. At least they give us a sub-heading to come to which most don't. If you're looking for some constructive ideas, I think your temperature of 82 degrees was a little high. I've been told to keep it below 75.
As far as growing ghetto style in cut off soda jugs, if they're RED plastic, there shouldn't be a problem. But if they're transparent or any other color your roots are likely taking a beating because they should be in darkness. Something to think about.

HSA - Look at his photos. he has the jugs covered with black bags to keep light out.

Junnk - Everything looks good, but unfortunatley I dont know about your leaves having texture. Maybe find a piece of styrofoam to make a top to sit over the bottles for tempature purposes? Im sure you may know this but water leaches toxins from some plastics which may also cause problems.

Sorry for a thousand separate posts.. Also think about the air your air pumps are pumping into the water plus the extra heat from the air pump itself. In the small containers you will have alot of heat and ph issues. another easy solution is to get a "thermal blanket" from a first aid kit and use that to keep the warmth off the bottles.
