Finally, something in my favor!!

Well, I have been without a job for about 7 months now. I was about to give up hope and hope and pray that mmj passes here(officially on the ballot thank god, just need it passed by the residents of arkansas). Well I got a call today for an IT Tech support job for a local internet company and I start monday!!

God does answer prayers eventually, takes his time but eventually he will get er done... If you got nothing good to say when replying to this topic, then fuck off.

I wanna say I was thru there june-july in 03!! Stayed with some friends of the family, their backyard was just about on the border, you could see it form their back porch. Never a dull moment there for sure!

Congratulations my friend. The only drawback I see is that the job is in Arkansas. My folks retired to Mt. Home AK years ago and I'd visit and could not understand why anyone would want to live there., Truly though I am glad you got a job.Good luck.Happy growing and may all of your harvests be bountiful.

Thanks so much man. It's really isn't that bad, just the ones who completely live their lives through christ aka bible thumpers/humpers. They don't really bother me, just wish some would lighten up and not be so uptight and think they're so much better than all the others.

whoah talk about serendipity. i been having my string of bad luck for the past 4 months and i got my prayers answered on monday. been without work since middle of april n i got called from walmart to work tire and lube express. i'm starting school finally after procrastinating, and my moms husband threw me a kickass laptop for school which i'm using right now that's KICKASS. yeah

I agree. I have rather great patients for the most part. But with my depression and the pain in my back and arms from time to time, I just let it all get to me and wanna give up but I don't and keep on going. Just glad I got my family, my soon to be fiance(soon as I get back on my feet and that extra couple hundred in my pocket) and what couple TRUE friends I have. Told all the fake ass punks to get lost, tired of the drama and bullshit.

Thanks smok3h! I am relieved of about 1k lbs off my shoulders, mind and body. I actually am having something to look forward to wake up to besides sit at this ol house, piddling and playing ps3 all day lol.
