Hey guys, I have seen a couple posts on this topic and i just wanted to make sure what i have is going to work without burning my house down.. well first off i live in a trailor and have a 250w HPS running in a spare bedroom that i use for storage. The room measures about 25 feet by 26 feet.. of which i have 5 1/2 by 4 feet cleared out around where my light and system will be set up. my ballast is a lumatek electronic 250w and their is an aquarium pump involved in the system.. I havent started my frist grow yet because im worryed about leaving the bulb on for long periods of time, because i have read reports of HPS bulbs busting and causing fires. So what i guess im asking is, are there potential fire hazards here? i have a 14' box fan inside the room that turns on when the air hits a certain temp and the balast in front of it.. i guess my main issue is the clutter in the storage room catching fire from a blown bulb.. anyone know how real this risk is? and also i should be fine running this thing through my main circuit breaker it being just a 250w right? sorry for the awful grammer and punctuation any help would be appreciated
