first off i have to thank electronug, because i pretty much used his design! THX!
set up:
cabinet inside dimensions: 26 1/2 x 21 1/2 x 25 WxDxH
fans: 3 circulating fans, 92mm 25 cfm each. they are going to be placed on the side walls, and the back wall.
1 intake fan 120mm 88 cfm
1 exhaust fan 120mm 110 cfm
home made charcoal filter
lights: veg: hopfully 6 cfls 6500k 23 watts each (6 if space permits witch i think there will)
1 will be in each corner and 2 hanging from the ceiling.

flower 6 cfls 3500k 23 watts each
mylar walls.
also a shelf to grow wider rather than tall

5 pots with my current grow, but after this one finishes it'll go to 4.

the cabinet has theses height adjustments very sturdy and lots of them for small increments.

This is a space under the cabinet, i wish the inside dimensions were right to the floor but this void will give me space to run wires etc for stealth.

The 3 fans wired to a cell phone charger, turned on, and testing to make sure theres no risk of fire or overheating the transformer.

the exhaust fan

the intake fan

tomorrow morning, i'll be cutting the up the box for a flush mount of the intake and exhaust fans.
the circ fans will be mounted to little angle brackets and then they will be bent to adjust angle.
hopfully get the mylar a well.

where would i be able to get the light socket splitters? i would like to use one for the lights hanging in the middle

That's a pretty small space, I would scrap using socket splitters and just mount the 6 bulbs horizontally across the top (3 per side) right in front of the exhaust fan.

Then use your shelf to keep everything close to the bulbs -- or lose the shelf and just use plant stands to adjust height.

Sorry didn't explain myself. The shelf is gonna be a adjustable mesh shelf just like yours electronug.
Would it be bad to use metal for the mesh in the shelf? Also what would a good spacing be of the shelf?

I used garden twist ties (roll) to weave mine... I wouldn't want bare metal on my veg, personally.

Fixed shelf design can be tricky if you don't know how your plants stretch... I took a gamble and I'm fearing that I don't have the headroom now that they're stretching.

Have been thinking about removing the screen, actually.

I was thinking of having it adjustable so when she does grow and fill the cab side to side then I can slowly regulate how high she grows by the lights and the mesh shelf..... In my head I think it will work but then again I know JUST the basics.

Generally when you do a scrog you don't want the screen to be adjustable, you are supposed to let the plant grow into the screen as you weave/train the plant into it.

My next step is to build a PVC screen and mount it to the adjustable shelf. I really need to cut out some lights if possible and get better overall penetration.

Getting that 150W ballast will make a huge difference, I'm sure.

here are some pics of the semi finished product. i still need to hook up the exhaust fan i couldn't find a adapter for it, hopefully i can find one that can run both fans.

again thx electonug for letting me steal your design! :)
and thx everyone for helping me out along the way!!
cheers!

Update: temps are sitting at 80 that's without power to the exhaust fan. Using the intake to spin the exhaust.
Humidity: is sitting around 50.

Still going to look for a fan that I can use to put directly on the plants so they sway in the wind a little. I thought the 3 corc fans would have done it. But they arnt.

All I have left us to put reflective material on the doors seal all the open spots to make it light proof and air tight exept for the intake and exhaust. Charcoal filter and a cover on the intake to reduce the light coming out

Thx. Just twine. That thing took about an hour to make tight. I tried to make it so I could get a "ping" sound out of every strand.

Got all the fans wired up. Found an adapter that accompdates all the amperage I need. Added another cfl so now I have 3 hanging from the middle. gonna get another splitter so I can get 4 hanging in the middle and add a couple mmore fans that are Aimed more directly on the plants to get some sway.

Tems are low 80s and humidity is still around 50 give or take.
LOTS of new growth even just after 2 days in the box. I'll post the pics of the progress tonight

been quite awhile since i updated.. well im 6 1/2 weeks into flower now changed to cab, to a taller armoire. and now in 2 gallon pots.
here are some pics for an update oh yeah i took out the makeshift reflector it trapped to much heat.
This is the new cab, its........ uhh..... 38Wx22Dx67H (inside dimensions)

Lined with emerg blankets and using 3 high powered comp fans for intake and 3 for exhaust

I then got a circ fan from a friend and used it as a inline boost fan/circ fan... just gives that little extra intake i needed. its blue

here are pictures from march 5 just before the major trim. they started showing sex on feb 19th
this first plant i had to chop early, no matter what i did i couldn't correct the problem, tried flushing a few times then starting over... nothing worked, so i let her grow untill growth stopped and chopped dried and half cured... i must say without a flush and being premature for weeks, she was damn potent and still smoked much smoother than expected. the only thing was the taste was very earthy rather than the kush stank,

since i had bag seed i needed to take clones from a flowering plant so this is what i did. they didn't take and they died :(

i took these pics march 27
little rust spots on some leaves, its happening on all 3 plants... but only a couple leaves have it.... should i worry? i have 1 more nute feeding before i flush for 2 weeks... is it just natures course of the plant dying??

this is what i got out of the girl that got chopped
