So I have scrooged and lollipopped my plants and they are about 4 days into flower and I am torn between leaving my fan leaves on or cutting them off while still early into flowering. Any tips?

I think you should leave most of them on. Maybee thin em out a little around the bottom, especially the bushy one but dont go overboard. In my experience ive seen better results when most of the plant is left as is. Nice looking ladies btw!:blsmoke:

Thanks for the info and since that pic I have thinned out the bottom 1/3 of each plant.

Sweet deal, yeah the botton 1/3 really doesnt get very much light anyway. Ive
been taking the first 4 branches for clones or just chop em of. Seems to be working out fine, no shock or anything. What strains are you working with

I have 2 trainwreck strains and an AK47 on the end which is the bushy one. Its been a fun first time indoor grow and I've started a bubbleponics grow in my garage since then but am having fun experimenting with different techniques and cfl's.

Hows the LST working out for you? I wanted to attempt it on the sativa strains for space issues but didn't have the balls because they were too big already and I didn't want to make a newb mistake.

Yeah actually 5-27w 6500k and 5-23w 2700k with 4- fluro tubes.

Sweet i would have the same ammount of lights but i broke 2 cfl's and havent replaced them yet.. lol . The lst(low Stress Training) is actually really easy and doesnt harm the plant at all, just pull the plant over slowly and tie it to the side of your pot, exposing more light to the lower budsites. :blsmoke::blsmoke: The undergrowth will thank u. I also been using pinching where u actually squash the stakk and bend it to 90 degrees. This ud wanna be a bit more carefull with. If u dont work the stalk enough before you bend u could snap it right off....Happened to me so i cloned the peice i broke off! :blsmoke:
