First Cfl Grow New Setup Pics* Need help

As you know this is my first indoor grow and a few people have helped me out thank you. My mid seed plant is doing ok i just added nutrients, pulled the dead leaves off (bottom half of plant) and shut the lights off on a timer. It was running 24/7 up until now (myfirstmistake). New lights added on the seven little ones though. Check it out and let me know how im doing so far

sucks about the 24/7 was that on your big plant to???

It was actually only on my big plant until about 3 days ago. The timer i have can only have something plug into it that has the two metal things at the end of the cord. mine has the heavy duty three. Therefore once i get my timer ill be ready to go and start growing forreal. More input and conversation would help guys thanks!
