First CFL grow

Ok so yesterday i posted a picture of a random bagseed sprout that sprouted with no germination in under 24 hours.
idk why but for shits and giggles i decided to throw some low powered L.E.D's over them before they popped.
and once one broke the soil i switched to one cfl.
but give or take 20 mins ago when i walked in to check the temperature on my new digital thermometer.
i noticed i had not only accidentally smoked tooo much and put two seeds in one little starter pot. but both sprouted and have just broken soil ( waiting for them to shake the seed shell off )
the other two,
the embryotic leaves ( dont think thats the correct term but it works ) have split and started growing :)
this will be my first full out indoor cfl grow. ( might throw out on my balcony to get some sun here and there but not too much seeing as its already late in the season so as long as i do it before first frost it should be okay right?

heres a picture ( i know temp is a little high but it was 86.2 when i first walked in but i knocked the plug on the fan and it went out and i didnt notice :P )

P.S no longer using one cfl,
i have one 23w-100w eq daybright 6500k in a reflector, and another 6500k on a splitter with a 2700k(being swapped out for another 6500k)
just untill i switch to a bigger grow box. and have room for t8's and all 6500k and 2700k for flower
