Hey there.

This is my first grow and ever attempt at a indoor lighting grow. I am using a 125w cfl flowering light with a reflector and a whited out grow space. I will be using basic fans as my ventilation, and using a neutral soil compost.
I am using biowizz nutrients and root stimulator progressively through-out the grow, or at least plan to, each 2/3 weeks, increasing the amount.

Pictures to Follow

Peace x

How are you planning on growing them, hours of light etc ? will you do LST or topping ?

I am using a an 18/6 sched. 12-6 being the dark hours. no LST as no know-how or space to do so. topping shall be in order :P

just re-checkd the buggers but no full signals as of yet.

Have decide to initiate another seed germination of the Low Girl - Just in Case :)

Just give them some time, they usually sprout in 2 to 10 days even if some seeds can do it in 12/24h.

To upload pics you've got an icon that says insert image (a picture of a tree), you click on it, get a menu and with that menu you can upload the pics.

Have returned to find that my second low girl seed has germinated in a day and a half. Very promising signs :) Also my Top 69 germinated. Both have been potted and are under their new 18/6 light schedule.

I look forward to seeing how well these babies develop within the next few days or so :)

Regards

Lil Update - Unfortunetly my first Low Girl seed was a dud in germination and my top 69 died in the transplant to pot. But I still have 1 low girl who has flourished quite nicely. She is about 3 inches tall and her second set of leaves have come through well. She is what my efforts are now going to be focused on as germination of a new plant, at this stage, is inappropriate timing.

I will be pinching/topping my plants later on in their cycle to reduce height.

During my Low Girl's germination stage I gave it one day of 12/12 light, then immediately changed to 18/6. Furthermore Their her feeding schedule is 3/4 days with 3/4's litre of water and 3ml of biobizz plant feed. Also the temperature of my grow area is averaging 27C (79F).

Some pictures from start of grow to current moment in time.

Day 12

My Low Girl is looking very healthy her first, second and third tier of leaves have come through nicely, looking quite small but this is seemingly normal for a dwarf plant :P

Day 17

There has been some great progression with my Low Girl. It would seem here first tier of leaves has been slightly corrupted and stunted but this did not interfere with the life cycle. Her 2nd and 3rd tier have blossom nicely with the 3rd tier protruding 3 leaves a piece. the 4th tier (opening at the moment) shows signs of 3 leaf a piece as well.

For my feeding schedule it has been every 3 days with 750ml of water with 2.5ml of biobizz plant food. on Day 18 she will receive her last of this amount before it is moved upto 1L water and 4ml of niobizz. Also I will have to start adjusting the light height soon (my intentions are 1ft of clearance and the same day I feed I will lift the light 6 inches depending on growth)

If any has any advice, questions or suggestions please comment.

I measured this morning (alongside feeding) and the light is 1ft and half an inch away from the plant. This is good, and hopefully something I can maintain.

the lower you get that light, the more you will see improved growth as long as heat isn't an issue. They will receive more lumens that way.

At the moment my grow space (a closet) usually maintains around 27C / 79F which is perfect but this is only if I leave the door open. This is usually possible as my light is on at night and my space is enclosed away from luring eyes. But during the initial hours of evening when I may not be around to open the door or start the fan's ventaltaion, I can arrive back and the temp has risen to around 32C / 85F. So surely 1ft of clearance would suffice without risking burning her.

A little bit of progress here. Started their upped scale of feeding schedule. Will also need to raise height of light by a few inches in a few days. I'm also looking for caylx develoment, despite knowing it is female, it's always nice to see their development
