First closet grow

Plants are flowering right now. They're in they're second months now. Looking to harvest them over the next two months. Looking for some advice / feedback on how they look.
I made this grow with budget in mind. I'll post pics of the plants now setup after.
As far as what I used.
Seeds: bag seed strains unknown.
Planting medium: soil (due to inexperience at the start I did not know to make a mix of vermiculite bone meal and other organic a to assist in later process)
Lighting: a 44 watt led floodlight. A dual tube t8 equipped with 32 watts 3600k bulbs.
Nutes: miracle gro. Also used chalk dust (magnesium carbonate) sea shells (calcium carbonate) ph plus and molasses.
Schedule: 18/6 veg 12/12 flower

Grow went great off the bat 3 weeks in I noticed what I thought to be calcium or magnesium defiance maybe both so I used sea shells and chalk dust t add calcium and magnesium. When I noticed iron defficiencies I raised the ph from 5.5! Yikes to 6.4 with some ph up. Then since then by cycling through those additives I've had things fairly well without any major issues at all. Let me know what you guys think!image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg

I'm impressed...you just jumped right in and dam if it didn't work out for you. It doesn't always work out like that. I only want to suggest two things. First if you're going to use less than adequate light, canopy control is very important. It would be better to have a flat, even canopy as it is a better use of light. Think about lst next time or a kind of scrog. I guess I'm kind of surprised the Ph is low but the plants look so good.
I had always heard Cannabis was somewhat Ph adaptable and I guess the pictures are proof of that. I always suggest a Ph of about 6.8 but at this point I think you should keep doing what you're doing. Although if you prune off some of the fluffy popcorn buds lower in the canopy the buds up top nearer the light sourse will bulk up. Nice job.

Nice and healthy. Good work! Like others are saying, you can get a lot out of those plants if you can put a lot of light on them. Just sticking an HPS over it at 50watts per sq foot would be a simple(ish) cheap(ish) way.

As is, you're going to get a good crop, but more light now would make a LOT more of it come harvest.

Thanks a lot for the input! Was definitely hoping to do a scrog out of a rubbermaid with 4 plants. But because of how short I ended up vegging the plants for i didn't end up doing any sort of lst just a bit of topping so some of the plants will have better access to light.
The results from any topping ive done are so obvious I will definitely be SCROGing or something for my next round of babys.
My question there being as im growing in soil. Would it be detrimental to the plants to have them within one large container that holds more than 4 G of soil? What im thinking of doing is a SCROG growing out of a rubbermaid storage container.

I was aiming for a ph of 6.8 but between how many pots I have (counts at 15 pots) It was pretty hard to monitor the runoff of all the plants and to maintain them because of how acidic my soil was. In the future though I'll be getting an electronic meter to make things a little easier. I will also definitely be trimming a few of those smaller popcorn nugs sounds like a really good way to boost growth!

Measuring runoff is a practice you should forget about.

How should I be measuring runoff. Would you recommend acquiring a metre?
Ur growing in soil, right? U don't need to measure runoff. It doesn't help you. Measure Ph with a Ph meter. They're not expensive and you only need to have a general idea of accuracy anyway bc Cannabis is mostly a Ph adaptable species.

Thanks yeah I wasn't sure if that's what you were saying at first or not but makes sense!
