first dank grow legit sour deisel

so over the past four months i have grown 8 mid grade plants as practice and well they are healthey i got 3 diff strains of mid grade but the problem is. i had 5 grapefruit kush seeds and i had one sour deisel seed. and well i germinated (tried to) 1 grape fruit seed and the sour deisel seed and only the sd seed did andything.... so when about quarter inch long i put it in mushroom compost and potting soil. 50-50 ratio. i have it on a timer 20-4 lighting. cuz its a little baby.. but the prob is the plant is out of the ground growing towards the light but where my other plants had two beautiful leave sprouting. but here i have two kinda shrivered. see through brown blob kinda thing. the little baby stalk is green.

i dont know what to dooo. please help. i wanna have a long future of clones off this baby keep sour deisel around. please only people who know what there talking anout.
