First grow, 3 weeks in..

This is my first grow, however i will be building a grow room come January. My current grow room is in the corner of my basement, it is probably 4'x4' sq roughly 7' tall. I started about 5 seeds about a month ago to the day and out of them i had 1 actually begin to grow. However, i had planned on scrapping them all after about a week and start over due to the fact i had forgot to put a heater down there the first week and it got pretty cold. I went down there a few days later to clear everything out so i could start over and one of them had actually started to grow when i found it. I currently have 4 plants ranging from 3weeks to 2days old.

1. First picture is how i found the plant when i came down to clean the room almost 2-3weeks after planting. 11-29

Basically i'm curious to if leaving the plant down there without the heater for that amount of time stunted it any or is growing at the correct speed?

Looks like it's doing good, a little small but? What type of light are you using?

above that 1 there are 3 26w 6500ks and 1 26w 5000k. CFL's

^ your problem is right there

Downward facing curled under leaves, stunted growth...looks like it's overwatered...let it completely dry out before watering again...see if that makes it perk up.

Ya i was curious about that, i could see that as i am still trying to get my watering sched figured out completely, its been a day or two since i watered it i planned on watering it again tonight or tomorrow. I figured the downward curled leaves meant something, i was just unsure what. Thank you.
