First grow 3weeks 6 days from flip, how am I doing?

Hi fellow growers, just wanted some input on how you think my flowers are doing. This is my very first grow and they are 3 weeks 6 days since flipping to 12/12.

Also do you think they need some defoliating or are they good the way they are and should be untouched. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advanced.

Thanks! I vegged them too long and ended up running out of height in my tent so I converted the room into a growroom which seemed to work out in the end.
