First Grow 400w HPS + 100wCFL Closet Soil Grow ( GOM + White widdow + Himalaya Gold )

Hello to all . This is my first grow and therefore my first grow jurnal .

Seeds : 5 white widdow feminised ( GreenHouse Seeds )
5 Himalaya Gold feminised ( GreenHouse seeds )
10 Green-o-Matic Autoflower feminised ( GreenHouse seeds ) .

Grow room : 100cm x 115 cm ( around 1 square meter )

Equipment : 400w HPS + Hood
: 3x24wCFL + 1x32wCFL ( cool white ) => 104w CFL
: Tapped walls with Mylar
: Extractor Fan
: Oscilating Fan
: Ph/humidity/lumens meter
: Thermometer

Grow Medium : potting soil ph ~7

I first germinated all the seeds in wet tissue paper between 2 plates . I`ve put the plates on the top of the
shelves and let the stove on , for heat , and closed the kitchen door . They all cracked within 12hours .

The space from my grow room is limited so therefore i have 9 medium size pots for the automatic strain ( GOM ) ,
and 7 rather large pots for the others .

One of the White widdow did crack but din not sprout .

So therefore i have : 8 GOM each in it`s own pot
2 GOM bolth in just one pot
2 white widdow bolth in just one pot
2 white widdow bolth in just one pot
4 Himalaya Gold each in it`s own pot
1 Himalaya Gold in a plastic cup
- and 1 empty pot beacuse of the one that did not sprout .

I know that it is not ok to put two plants in one pot , but it is temporary , because i`ve got more seeds than pots ,
and i do not want to get rid of some in case some others die early .
I will transport each in it`s own pot by week 2 , and if they all survive i will get rid of the weak ones .

Today , 21 November is the 5th day since sprouting ( They have sprouted on the 17th).



Schedule : Autflowering GOM , according to GreenHouse take 55-60days from start to finish . That is about 8 weeks . I will hold them about 9 just to be sure .
In the last week ( week 9 ) i will switch the lighting schedule from 24/24 to 18/6 . By this method i will help the autoflower to produce more buds .
Also by doing this i prepare the rest of the girls ( W.w + H.G. ) for entering their flowering period , and when i will harvest the GOMs i will switch to
12/12 photoperiod . ( also the remaining plants will have more space to develop ) .



I also inted to do LST on them + topping ( only for W.W. and H.G. ) but that i will add as i go .

DAY 5

I will update once a week by adding 2pics for each plant ... one to check hight and other for overview .

Today some of the girls develop their 4th row of leaves .. So excited , as i said .. first grow

So today my girls turn 1 week .

Here are some pictures .. I have some doubts on some of them unfortunatelly ...

Please take a look at HG2- week1 picture , and feel free to help ...

All the plants were wattered ( tap watter , deposited for chlorine evaporation a couple of days ) , but that plant got worse ..
All others are doing fine , especially GOMs .. dunno why but they were the first to sprout also .

Anyway i am not worried if i lose 1 or 2 plants .. for my first grow i got a little bit excited and started with many ...
Also today i will buy new soil to add to some pots ... some of the girls gone tall ( i`m guessing light distance .. but that`s a problem with all that many girls )

HG-2 could be a couple different things. It may be over watering or lack 0of nutrients in the seed. I usually put seedlings in smaller pots that retain less water and gives the root ball a chance to develop before transplanting into larger pots. The rest look pretty healthy for now. Good luck.

Thank you for your time and for stopping by . Should i watter that plant less ? .. or should i start adding nutes ? They are all just 1 week juveniles .

I would try giving nutrients in small doses and see if it turns around.

Gave nutes yesterday and got rid of surpluss plants . Now all are each in it`s own pot , but i thinkt the damaged plants will not survive .

I will post pics tomorrow . I think u are rite .. maybe they didn`t had enough nutes inside ... All others are doing fine , and Gom`s all are big bastards .. quite impressed by Gom`s ...
