Hi guys,
This is my first grow. Here is the related info:

2 gal plastic pot (soil - perlite mix) , indica dominant strain, 55w cob led, temperature is around 25C (77F) in night, 30C (86F) in daytime, one fan blowing in from bottom, one fan blowing out from top of the tent, humidity between 35-50 %
vegging nute: some liquid fert with 756 npk;
flowering nute: some liquid fert with 468 npk from 12/12 to 62th day ; switch to biobizz bloom (274 npk) in 62th day
watering: took long for top inch of the soil to dry out; I think I watered it several times before it dried out
light: it was 45cm (18 inches) above from canopy for most of flowering time, I suspected from insufficient light and lowered it to 30cm (12 inches) in the last week
timeline:
topped in 23th day from sprout
applied lst in 26th day
switched to 12/12 in 30th day
first preflower showed up in 37th day (7th day after 12/12 switch)
first pistil showed up in 53th day (23th day after 12/12 switch)
TODAY is 70th day (40th day after 12/12 switch)

I really think my buds are small. I suspect from overwatered and not well-aerated soil, light distance to the canopy etc (I lowered the led in the last week and no bleaching I see) and high temperature (Foxtail?). Do you think I failed this grow? I try to improve the conditions in the tent but I dont want to waste my time if im going to get nothing from this grow. You think if I solve the problems with my plant, she is going to grab its potential even if it took more time to harvest?
