I understand your apprehension
and I understand that indoor growing is a lot more tedious and fragile
this is my first indoor grow in years
I usually grow outdoors. I have trampled, fell on, and done all kinds of crazy cuttings, breakings
my point is
is that these plants are pretty darn hearty, and can handle what you do to them
the only time I ever killed a plant by cutting it was when I chopped off every single leaf, even the tiny little boogers just barely showing. I was thinking that the plant would produce a lot more leaves and branches
kinda like shaving.
but to b safe chop as close to the lower fan leaves
here Ive been meaning to top a plant heres some pics they are in order after I chopped the stalk you can see the nutes it ate this morning popping out the top.. The 2 last pic
. however is what a plant looks like when it is topped and all the big fan leaves are trimmed it is kinda bushy and there are two main shoots now
