First Grow And I Need Some Sort Of Direction

I just planted my seedling today , and my grow room is a good setup except for the actual size of it.

Its only 21 inches height and width

Im wondering if i can veg for 2-3 weeks then start to flower it after or is it to small ?

and i know the shorter the veg cycle the least yield , well i was also thinking of cloning the plant a week before i start to flower

will this work ?

you can clone as long as it has multiple nodes, if its young you wont get more than 2-4. For your size, you have to remember pot size also. If that takes up 8-12" then you only have a foot or so to work with...

There 23W Each , how many can i grow with this mount of light ?

give them lots of light. yoy can't afford ANY stretch. I am testing a 12-12 und a 50w led and ran out of space. usedit as an opp to test supercropping.
