Hey everybody! This is my first ever grow, never had a green thumb, but this is it! Started about two weeks ago and discovered rollitup :D Tips, remedies, ideas always appreciated!
Planted three seeds on Feb 23, all three popped on the 26 in germination chamber with heat mat on.
Planted Northern soul on 26, popped on 1 and is now possibly dying, trying to recover it.

Moved the three to 5Gal buckets on Feb 27.
pH between 5.9-6.1 after nutes were added.
Nutrients giving 1/2 TSP Micro-Gro-Bloom, 2 TSP Cal-Mag per bucket
Tent stays between 70-85 as we sleep with a window open and live in Minnesota.(CRAZY!!!!!)
24/0 Light Schedule for the first two weeks then flipping to 18/6 for power saving for another 4-6.(Unless bad idea)

Gave plants same amount of nutes on transplant day

Setup

Northern Soul died.

March 7: Noticed Blue Dream is yellowing and leaves are folding upwards, add 1.5TSP Cal-Mag to try and remedy

Yellowing on Blue Dream is still there and a little more "crimping"

Changed out water today added new nutes 2TSP FloraMicro-Gro-Bloom, 4TSP Cali-Mag to each 5 gallon bucket, pH'd at 5.8. Water leveled 1/2 in under net pot, they are slurping up water at a decent rate now, roots look healthy to me. Planning on probably purchasing hydroguard for protection to root rot. Day 18, 15 Days Veg. RH 20-40% Temp 70-85 degree(21-29.5 Celsius) Light cycle 24/0

Planned:

Top all plants when one more node grows, begin LST when recovered

March 14: After Transplant

So Green was sad yesterday, I put another air stone in there to hopefully give her a nice breather. I also had to re-balance pH of all water, lesson learned, give it an hour after nutes added to test pH, read 5.8 when tested after nutes added, checked following day at 6.5 which isn't bad, but they sat in 5.8 from birth. She bounced back and leaves are perking up.

Also Mama seems to be showing signs of a Calcium deficiency based on information from http://www.growweedeasy.com/common-nutrient-problems. I already put 4TSP of Cal-Mag into a 5 gallon pot. I'll check on her daily to see if it worsens. Another note, the humidifier was accidentally blowing directly on one leaf which is shown.

Roots all looked good

March 15:The roots look brown and tangled, could be signs of root rot, or maybe the nutes dyed the roots some.
Added some Hydroguard and pH'd water AGAIN, it was 6.5/7 before hydroguard was added brought down to 5.8 again.

March 17:
Water temps were reaching 75F and not going down, even when throwing in frozen water bottle, PPM was 660,don't wanna talk about pHs all over the place, the light leak into buckets was real. I gave the buckets, hoses, and airstones a good scrub down thinking maybe some old nutes might have caused what looks like the beginning stages of root rot from bacteria build up. For whatever reason my water after adding all nutes would be at 6.0, coming out of faucet at 8.0. Hydroguard must have something in it. Moved airpump from hanging in middle back to near the inline air for "cooler" air. Exhaust is still on Low setting. Moved humidifier to back left corner. Made covers from foam for light leaks. After inspecting, seems my pH reader is broke, so used pH testing kit to solve issues.

Filled to 1" below netpot
Water temped at 60 degrees
2TSP of nutes and hydroguard, 3TSP of Cal-Mag.
pH checked 45 minutes later at steady 6.0
PPM 330

March 21: The girls have cheered up a lot after changing light cycle to 18/6, more roots are sprouting out as well.

March 24: Topped all three girls to the 3rd node after growing six, trying to use tops for clones as they were huge. Topped off all reservoirs 1" under the netpot with 5.5 pH'd water, no nutes.
