First grow concept... + questions

Hello everyone,
Newbie here, as I sit and wait for my seeds to arrive. I can't stop pondering over my overcooked WDC system I have dreamt up in my head. Please provide me with any inputs you may have!

Starting with a small 3x2 tent in my water-heater closet. I have a 27gal tote I plan to start by growing 3 babes in. Going to have an extra 5gal gatorade cooler reservoir pumping through a water chiller, aiding my few weekends away from the plants. The chilled water will be dispersed out the sprinkler system I have attached underneath the lid surrounding the 3 net pots. Overflow water will passively return to the gatorade reservoir. 4 large air stones in the main tote, air-pump will be mounted underneath the tent. Going to run an amazon 900w LED with dual fans mounted on the sides angling inward. General Hydro trio nutes plus Silica Blast and Cal-Mag (with Hydroguard on deck if needed). All tubing is blacked out. Exhausting the warm air out the top vent through the carbon filter into the small room. Passively intaking air through the bottom vent, phase 2 I will be adding an AC Infinity duct fan to help with the summer temps.

My questions:
  • Will pumping the chilled water into my main tote be an issue if on 24/7? The roots will eventually submerge in the water, so why can't the sprinklers be on all the time? Could put the water pump on a timer if needed.
  • Will the small room cause an issue if I am exhausting/recirculating the grow tent air in the room? max 2-3days.
  • Could the 3 plants drink 5gals of water in 3days and ruin my water pump?
  • What would you call this RWDC/ Bubble/ LP Airponics?

Thanks in advance!

You may consider ditching the air stones as they can cause pH flux. Your sprinkler setup will do some good oxygenation. Are you running it high pressure like a manifold type setup?

Does your chiller have a thermostat on it? If so it shouldn't be a problem to have it run all the time, actually desirable.

Recirculating the air can build up heat so that may not work so well depending on room size, heat load and ambient temps.

Well to help gauge plant drinkage, the size of the plant, temps, humidity, lighting all come into play, hard to say. May wanna run a float valve to keep it topped off.

I don't really get the system.
Will it be DWC or will it be with sprinklers?
I now see both used.
