Hi all, this is my first attempt at growing inside my wife is not too concerned as long as I don't go spending money lol, so this is what I've come up with, using homemade lighting and tent. I've attached 7 led lamps to an 18" square board, for veg I used 2 x 6500k 3 x 4000k and 2 x 3000k led bulbs equalling to 140watt (caps removed to improve intensity) and for flowering at present I'm using 4 x 2700k 2x 300k and 1 x 4000k.
The room I've built is approx 3' x 3' and 5 ' tall, this is all concealed in our downstairs boiler room which has a window which is kept slightly open to allow for fresh air and the room also has a vent which is vented out the top of the chimney, I've installed a bathroom fan to this to draw out unwanted smells and to also pull in fresh air through the window. I flipped the plants 10 days ago and they are showing the early signs of flower . I know it's not an actual grow tent but it's what I have atm and it seems to work
