First grow ever, what’s these light spots? Please help me!

Please help me identify and fix the problem. Light spots on some plants. First grow every and I have no clue!!!

Are the roots coming out the bottom of the net pots yet? Don't judge your grow sizes based off what others look like. Some of these guys have 10 20+ years growing.. using co2 and shit. It isn't small nor big. It'll start blowing up in a week or so. Plants seem to grow quicker when you're not looking at them too. When i learned that secret, they took off!
