First grow finishing questions

For my first grow I did 2 plants in dwc in a dresser I had. I messed up quite a bit along the way but eventually worked everything out. In my inexperience I didn't realize how big the plants can get during flowering and now I'm running out of space and I'm not able distribute light to all the bud sights properly. The one plant is about half the size of the other and started flowering much sooner then the other (I think that's because I stunted it with all sorts of stresses by accident) so I was thinking about harvesting it early and using the extra room and lights to finish off the big one. I figured before I did anything rash I should ask the experts here. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks all!

How long has each strain been flowering, and how long does each plant have left (according to its genetics)?

Pics always help.

I can't believe I forgot that info. Both have been flowering for 7.5 weeks now. The big one is dinachem and the little one is icebomb. I haven't been able to find solid information on how long the dinachem flowers for. I've seen 60 days and 8-14 weeks from different places. But the ice bomb takes 7-9.

Edit: I checked dinafem's website and they said 60 days on the dinachem. I've also been monitoring the trichs color with that $10 microscope from radioshack. I checked the trich color today and the ice bomb's trichs are all clear.

The icebomb looks like it'll be ready a week or two before the dinachem.

They won't stretch much further (if at all), so you're unlikely to face worse space-constraint issues than you're already facing. If they both fit on the box and nothing's touching or being burnt by the bulbs, I would leave them both in there to finish. If one absolutely must come out now, the icebomb is further along it seems, so I would harvest that one early.

I'll probably wait until I see the icebomb's trichs turn cloudy, harvest that and then use the extra space to spread out the branches of the dinachem and finish it off that way.

I'm in the same boat brother. I had NO IDEA how much these plants would grow and I have tried to stuff 4 of them in a bathroom vanity and now things are getting crazy. My problem is that I am growing from bagseed and two of the plants are sativa and after 30 days since the flip they have decided to take off. I have a scrog setup, but I just don't have any room. I keep moving branches/buds over and now the sativa is getting into the area where my indica plants are. Lol. When I clear these out, I am going to add some bottom lighting. Live and learn.
