First grow help

Am I doing something wrong? My first grow day 3 I'm using fox farms as my grow medium and I leave it outside when temperatures are lower than 81 degrees and put it back inside at a sunny window when it's hot I'm just paranoid

Yes your overwatering. If you keep doing it the stem base will rot and the sprout die. After germination always let the medium dry a lot more between waterings.
