First grow here what’s wrong with her?

Im using black gold organic soil with a bit of added perlite, Mars hydro ts600, she’s in 3 gallon pot, 2 fans one bellow and one above canopy, got a humidifier (having trouble keeping rh in good range so sits anywhere between 30-60), using fox farm trio, and just recently started getting water ph to right spot, bag seed so strain is unknown
