First grow: Is this how to clone? Urgent :d

I AM GETTING 10 CLIPPINGS IN 10 MINUTES, I HAVE PAYED £10 EACH FOR THEM SO I REALLY WANT THIS TO WORK LOL

soaked rockwool in phed water for 12 hours (im getting them now so i cant let them soak any longer can i?)

i will dip the clones in clonex and place them in rockwool,

i will mist everytime i think it should need misting

i will take the lid of the propagator for about a hour everyday and increase it further any further


when should i start feeding it plant start and how should i? cheers people

i wouldnt feed them until you get them into their final medium and then just start with quarter or half strength for the first few weeks of growing. other than that everything sounds like your doing good

they will be in the 1" rockwool cubes which will stay with them all the way through the grow, just adding the 1" into the 4" rockwool cubes then into the NFT, so techniqually there be in there final medium from start...

everything seems fine, except you should increase the wattage of the CFL's you are using. esp. for 10 clones

sunlight spectrum (6500k) is definitely the way to go for cloning, and make sure the CFL's are no more than 3 to 6 inches or 7 to 15 cm away from the clones.

as far as feeding the plant, plant start, i am not positive, but would atleast wait until you can see roots coming through the rock wool.

darn mine is 2700k which is white spectrum i think

do you reckon i can do the first couple of days with what i have as i will have to wait 2 days before i can go the local hardware shop, i will try get the highest watt 6500k bulb i can get which my lamp fitting will hold
