first grow just want to get some ideas

hey guys! i planted some germinated seeds about a month ago and now i have 2 little plants

i have no idea if their male or female so i was thinking for cloning each one twice and then flowering them just to see instead of wasting my time vegging plus i've never actually grown a plant before so i kinda wanna see the whole cycle.

would i be able to clone plants these little?

i have them under 2 42w, and 4 23 watt 6500k cfls
i use miracle grow moisture control soil plus alot of perlite for my soil
water about once every 5 days with tap water

and i just shook a little bit of that miracle grow shake and feed 10-10-10 on them but had nooo idea if i should have?

i'm not too sure when it comes to nutes.. any thoughts?

No idea about the shake and feed. Next time you finish a gallon of milk don't throw out the jug fill it with tap water and let is sit for atleast 24 hours, you do NOT want to water your plants with just tap water. other than that, they're lookin good.

why not water plants with plain ole water in soil? lol its anatural buffer and coco is also, doesnt make a shit of diffrence,,dont listen plain water or ph no matter, unless u use coco briks then u have t break into soil when first deliverd with ph'd water unlike canna coco wats premade,

use normal water matey i do only used ph water in hydro system and let me tell u since i went coco never looked bak easier to grow and i only feed once eevery 3 days at first now 2 days,so very easy ,plain water and nutes thats all u need

id have in plastic blackk SQUARE pots persoanlly and make sure what u got ther has holes in the bottom
get rid of the foil round them lights or they could burn your shit AND clean all that exess soil or ul get them small bug fly things,,trust me a clean grow room is a lot easier in the long run

by letting ur water sit for 24hrs it will let the chlorine evaperate out, other than that none of the other elements like calcium and magnesium are removed from the tap water, i think thats why fwish said to let the water sit for a day, to let the chlorine evaperate, and when growing organic in soil (Mircle Grow is not a organic soil) u have to use water with no chlorine cause chlorine is a bacteriacide and will kill all the microbes in ur soil plus the excess in minerals can cause salt build up in the root zone that u need filtered water to flush out, also alot city water (tap water) contains trace amounts of minerals and sometimes chemicals, its always better filter ur water the best u can when growing something u plan on consuming

from what i can see in the pic u dont really have to many side branches branching out yet, u could either top ur plant or start sum Lst to get ur side branches poppin out, when u get a few side branches that have a couple nodes on them then id take a clone or two and flower the orginal two (wait til ur clones root to flower so u dont have to take another clone once the plant is flowering) hey if one is male and the other is a female one thing u could do is let them flower together (actually try to keep the male seperate for about two weeks so the female is at the best time of flower to recieve pollen, males are hardy usually and can be keep alive in a window) and do a closet breeding project, grow out those seeds and if u like the results u would have clones of the orginal male and female u could produce urself alota F1 seeds of ur hybrid
