First grow, limited lighting (CFL)

So I'm on day 3 of my first, very low budget closet grow. I have three seedlings going, germ'd from unknown (but if I remember, most excellent) bagseed using a combination of soaking/paper towl.

After planting these three in a very small 1x1x6" plastic trough full of back yard soil, they sprouted up very quickly, reaching up to about 3-4" tall after only about 48 hrs. My lighting during the first two days (for all three seedlings) was just one wimpy 13ish watt CFL that I got from walmart. I woke up and checked on my babies on day three and found that they had all fallen over, with most of their long strechy stem laying on the dirt, with just the last inch or so trying to push the leaves up towards the CFL. I freaked, and went out and got some proper soil (Gardeners Pride from Wally world), three 8"dia pots, 2 clip on sockets, and a pair of 23w 6500k CFL's.

I now have these seedlings re-planted up to their coyt leaves (the round ones, right?) in the pots, 2 of them with one 23w CFL about an inch over top of them each, and the third with the 13w CFL positioned at the same height.

I guess what I need to know is, having fallen over and being replanted, it it likely they are going to die on me from shock? They still look nice and green, and while the stems on 2/3 are purple, their baby leaves are nice and green and not wilty. I flushed their new soil with water after I replanted them, and I intend to not water until their soil dries up some. Is this correct?

DO they even stand a chance of growing with so little light available? I intend to add a few more CFL's to each plant in a week or so when i have more cash. Will they survive until then?

I hope I explained myself well enough, thanks for the help!

6500k CFLs are just fine for vegging so you won't have a problem there.

I don't grow in soil but what I do know is when a plant is transplanted they get a shock, but also depends on how you transplanted. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't grow much over the next week but should recover.
