First Grow, Need Advice?

So I'm starting a 2 Plant Grow using some NL clones. I have some of the supplies but I had some questions and concerns.

Ill Give you my basics to start:

-Grow is happening in a 4x4 foot closet
-I'm using 2 23 Watt 6500k bulbs for veg then I'm going to switch to 2 23 watt 2700k for flowering
-Growing in 2 5 gallon buckets, undecided on soil yet
-1 Oscillating fan in the closet, but there is also a large Ac unit in the room that the closet is in
-Using Mylar

Questions:
I need a soil that I can go get at home depot,Walmart,etc. or a local garden centre? Any recommendations?
What should I be doing for a light cycle?
What should I use for nutrients?
Room Temperature?
And anything that you think would help my grow,thanks :bigjoint:

And I'm going low budget on this so please keep that in mind.

Ill post pictures once I'm started.

I'm about to get slammed for saying this from fellow growers but I don't recommend miracle grow. Room temp is ideal 65-75 but under 80 should be fine. Once you figure out soil then figure out Nutes. I don;t use CFL's so idk about light cycle, I'm guessing its the same 24/0 or 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flower.

your going to need alot more light for that much space that isnt even enough light to grow one plant. i am growing one plant right now and it is currently flowering, i have her under almost 300w of actual light not what they are equivalent to if that were the case i would have over 1000 equivalent watts. that is enough light to get your plant going but your going to need alot more light down the road if you want to have a decent grow. im sorry if i sounded a little harsh im pretty stoned

look up some mix youre own recepies for soil ... i used tP1010025.jpgop soil cheapest ,,,, then some sandy yard soil and some lime ,with a little of the cheap manure ... like 8 bucks ,,, then i have had to use empP1010013.jpgson salt ... for nutes .... and .... some grandmas mollases ...every third watering ... and some 4 dollar plant food ... also i have to ph my waP1010016.jpgter with 5 drops lemon juice for every gallon ... like 20 bucks for 2,, 5 gallon bucket grows ....on the cheap ,im using my compost pile and crP1010017.jpgushed vegg shells for the lime for my next crop ,,,veg em inside put em out under little plastic domes in dec to bloom out side ...on the cheap P1010024.jpg
