I am a first time grower of cannabis. I have been buying green for years, but now I want my own plant. I have been researching cfls.
Everyone says they are great and Ive watched countless videos of people growing pretty big plants.
I was thinking of buying 3 clamp on 60 watt maximum light fixtures, they only cost about $5 each. Im sort of on a budget but I want to make this happen so Im willing to spend around $120.
I looked on 1000lightbulbs and found what I think could be a decent setup, here it is.
veg state: 3 42w 6500K cfls, $15 a piece, lumen output is somewhere around 10000 someone told me this would be fine
flower state: 3 42w 2700 cfls, $15 also, lumen output ideally around 10000 maybe I need one or two more???
I have heard that using anything under 10000 lumens for flowering is a waste of time and money.
SO I need someones honest opinion, can I successfully grow 1, 1 plant with this setup and yield actual buds, I know that they wont be massive or of great great quality, but if I am able to grow this I would be happy any help is appreciated and thanks for reading my post.
