First Grow. Need tips

Okay, ive been wanting to grow for some time now and once discovering this site, went through with my plan. I wanted to do something simple. Not too much on the budget, and still get some decent-good results. I planted two seeds that I germinated in MG soil in dixie cups. I had them outside for about a week before they broke through. they grew a little bit more, but i was anxious to get them inside so i put them both in a small container and have them under 2 cfl's at the moment. The lights have been on for 19 hours a day for the last 4 days. But Im not seeing any results at all. The lights are 100w equiv. and 900 lumens each. Here are a few pics to show what i got goin on. If anyone has ideas to improve this or any tips it would be appreciated. And for the record I did research the forums for ideas and help, I just wanted help on my particular setup so I didnt try to copy someone elses and ruin mine somehow.

The more you watch them, the less they seem to do anything. It's likely (hopefully) just establishing it's roots, a good thing, that would appear to be nothing happening. Give it a little time. Don't over water it. You want it seeking water at this point.
