Are other plants doing the same thing? That kinda looks like a genetic mutation but could definitely be a rootzone issue. I just had some clones look kinda like that which had rooting issues for whatever reason.

How is the weight of the pots? not waterlogged?
You can flush easy in coco if needed and just use the basic canna coco A and B, maybe look at foliar spraying with Epsom Salts later...
Are humidity and temps all good?
Lights not too bright or close?
feed every day. Not to run off. Ph has been a bit low so will adjust it on next feed. Used plain water just once on last feed. What is your feeding schedule?
Do you feed to run off?
What pH are you using?
Do you ever use plain water?
Don't add a dehumidifier, humidity is good or even on the low side @65% for 28°cI will turn lights down a bit as temps are pretty high 28C. Pots are not waterlogged. Humidity 65 %. I may get a dehumidifier in the tent.
Coco is drain to waste hydroponics........always feed to substantial run off.feed every day. Not to run off. Ph has been a bit low so will adjust it on next feed. Used plain water just once on last feed.
