I'm Using 2 20watt(i don't know the calvin) cfls and 2 27watt cfl (5000 Calvin each) they are currently on one plant. Is that enough? the plant is about 1 inch tall but one of the round leafs is curling up. whats wrong with it? the lights are about 2 inchs away from the plant could it be burning it? I have place a fan to blow over the lights and plant. i think that would help. oh also i have been keeping the lights on for 24 hours>
Could any one please guide me a little bit

seems like it's enough light...at least for now. Your cfls could be burning them yes, a fan was good choice. Keep the lights close but make sure it's not too hot. The combination of a fan and close light will keep plants short and stocky. You can keep the lights on 24 hours or 18/6 your choice.

Just try adjusting the position of your CFL's and see how the plant responds, that is usually and ongoing chore with cfl (I prefer using more 23w-42w bulbs than just a few of the big ones. Cheap 2' tubes work awesome for where you are now as they have a very very low heat sig. The round leaves usually fold down and alot of times drop. Those will be the only two round leaves on that plant and their purpose was protect in the seedling stage. They will not serve a significant purpose to the plant in about 10 days.

As tempting as it is to help these little miracles of Mother Nature along probably 90% of the time the best course of action is to leave them alone. It is crazy hard.. especially when you are just starting. After years of enjoying someone else's achievement you finally have your own garden (one seedling in a solo is your grade A sog grow). A grow cycle from start to finish is really just a killer test of patience. There are times when you will need to assist or play damage control for something you probably caused. That is how you learn. Every time you think you should help this lil plant out I would recommend doing nothing for atleast 24 hours. Even at that stage they are tougher than you think.

... just leave the lil round leaves, she will drop them if she wants.
