First grow, pls help

Hey everyone, im a new farmer and my first crop is aproaching harvest time.
Here in Minnesota we are starting to get frost.
The past few weeks i have been watching the trichomes to determine the ideal harvest time.
As luck would have it i lost my microscope right when the frost hit, and now i cant tell if my plant is ready or not, can anyone tell from these pictures if it is harvest-ready? Keep in mind im getting light frost at night (actually brought out the purple )

The trichomes don't appear to be swollen or cloudy. Couple more weeks possibly. Need to replace your scope! :shock:

What date did you plant?

I ended up harvesting it out of fear of the frost we are getting every night. The day i cut her down was sunny and 70, but the next 2 days would have killed it i think. Next year i need an autoflowering strain so it can fully mature.

Good Decision...one hard frost and they turn to black mush..

autos are one solution, or you could start plants inside about the end of april and have them knee high or higher when you put them outside. just remember if you do, that you have to watch for temps AND day length before you put them out, the nights have to be shorter than 12 hours when you put them out or it can start the flower process early which just confuses the poor plant and wastes time revegging when the days get longer

i used to live in MN., i remember there was a huge field of wild hemp right above the airport in fargo, i used to drive by it with my friends and watch them freak out. was all headache shit, but it was pretty
