First grow... Something wronggg

From my knowledge of reading im assuming that this is a nitrogen deficiency, i have not watered the plants with any nutrients, though the soil they are in have a very little. Also, these are all super sour silver diesel haze and one is showing sex? These have been under 24 hours of light at all times! Let me know what you think? All help is needed! Thanks

Looks a bit odd, you def need some Nitrogen in there and also how often are you watering it. How many CFLs do u have on it and what are the watts of the CFL's
