First grow uk

HEY GUYS ID LIKE TO SAY FIRSTLY ANY ADVICE GIVE I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE FROM YOU ALL.X

WELL THIS IS MY FIRST GROW I THINK IM DOING A GOOD JOB, IVE GOT TWO BEAUTIFUL GIRLS (HOPEFULLY) THEY ARE A UK CHEESE (ROSE 10 WKS 14INCH) AND A NORTHERN LIGHTS (HAYLEY 7 WKS 14INCH). THEY ARE BOTH DOING FANTASTIC BUT I DO HAVE SOME CONCERNS WITH THEM I GUESS THAT JUST TO DO WITH ME BEING NEW TO THIS. I HAVE MY BABIES IN AN 8FT BY 6FT (H) 7FT ROOM SPLIT INTO TWO MY VEG ROOM IS (L) 6FT (W) 3FT (H) 7FT AND MY FLOWERING ROOM IS (L) 6FT BY (W) 5FT (H) 7FT. MY VEG ROOM HAS MY GIRLS UNDER FLUORESCENT LIGHTING AND FOR MY FLOWERING ROOM A 600WATT HPS WITH EXTRACTOR AND A CARBON FILTER ALONG WITH FANS FOR GOOD VENTILATION.
I WATER MY GIRLS ONCE EVERY 2 TO 3 DAYS AND FEED 1 A WEEK, I SPRAY WITH WATER WITH C02 IN AS I AINT REALLY GOT THE DOLLAR FOR A C02 SYSTEM AT THE MINUTE.
DO YOU GUYS THINK THAT MY PLANTS ARE LOOKING WELL AND IM THINKING OF PUTTING THEM INTO FLOWER AS I KNOW THEY DOUBLE IN SIZE ONCE FLOWERING SO I WOULD BE PUSHING IT FOR ROOM FOR THEM TO KEEP GROWING, BUT BEFORE I DO THAT I WANT TO CLONE IVE ALREADY TRIED IT BUT ITS BEEN A WEEK AND GOT NO ROOTS YET THEY ARE ONLY IN WATER AT THE MINUTE TILL MY CLONEX TURNS UP IN THE MORNING, WILL THE CLONES BE OK IF I DIP THEM IN IT TOMOZ AND THEN PUT THEM IN SOME SOIL. ( I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT IM USING SOIL NOT HYDRO YET!)
HERE ARE SOME PICS TO LOOK AT (IVE JUST MOVED MY GIRLS HERE VEG ROOM SO I KNOW I NEED TO BRUSH UP ON A FEW THING BEFORE IT GOING HOW I WANT IT AND THE FLOWER ROOM JUST NEEDS A QUICK TIDY ECT0 LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK, I'D LOVE TO LEARN MORE FROM YOU ALL, ANSWER ANY QUESTION AND GIVE UPDATES

Hi "fingers", your plants look good, but have you considered using Mylar sheeting to coat the grow room? Its pretty cheap to buy and it will greatly improve the amount of light available to your plants. Good luck mate.

Hey doug the head yeah been looking into that yesterday i painted it white cuz i didnt look properly for the mylar and i heard that it was just as good to use, thanks for the advice pal will defo be getting some. I just got some auto seeds ak47 so ill be putting some pics up soon,

I have used Mylar and it's great, I'm UK also on my 1st grow. Why not take a look...

Plenty of Mylar available from ebay, some sellers will even sell by the meter, otherwise use your local head shop mate.

Hey all i put my girls under 12/12 5th day into it and ive noticed that at the nodes there are pre flowers there in the shape of a little pear and like a really really small hair only the 1 though coming out of some of them. Does anybody know if this is a sign of a female im not sure. Ive tried taking a photo but it not very good to see just a distorted.

Anybody have any ideas as to what sex it might be?

Yes you havea female plant, white hairs mean its female!

Always good to see the UK grow scene going strong! Well done u lot. Newgreenfingers may I ask a Q? Why do u call your blue cheese, UK blue cheese?
P.S give the UK growers thread a look in. The banter is top notch! And there are some great UK clone only strains being grown.
