First grow..... Upper leaves wilting.... PLEASE HELP!

This is my first time growing and everything has gone really well until now. I'm a week into flowering and it seems that the top leaves of one of the two plants I have are wilting. I discovered this two days ago and at first thought it was from either over watering or heat. However I haven't watered since and I would imagine if it was heat both plants would be suffering from this, which leads me to believe that has something to do with the soil.

Im growing in MG potting soil(bad idea I know) under 6 25 watt cfls in a Mylar grow tent.

Both are bag seed. Thanks in advance for help!

Pics aren't showing but it is nutrient overdose. MG soil time release nutes. I copied and pasted one URL and it looks like N overdose. At the least. No choice but to keep watering, no nutes.

maybe do a flush ... use clean water .. water with 2-3x the amount of soil (etc. if they are in 3 gallon pots .. flush with 6-9 gallon of water) so you get a good run off ..

then only clean water next few weeks ..

If it is MG time release you DO NOT WANT TO FLUSH!!!
