First grow! Will post updates!

Hello everyone! Legal Canadian grow here, well one over but that's ok.
Room size is a 6 foot by 6 foot by 10 foot.
Around 500-600 CFM between two inline fans, one 100 ish blowing air in, one 440 pulling out
Humidifier of course
Two 60 w standard bulbs in the ceiling , 1000w led grow light rigged currently 30 inch from top of cup.
Our room stays around 22-23 c during the day unless it's toast outside, goes to about 20-21 c at night
Germed 5 black gold fem seeds in paper towel and water for 3 days, they hit around 2-3 cm tails except one who grew quick and hit almost a half inch .
Planted last night in coco coir and perlite 65/35 ish.
First stem broke ground by this morning ( probably the big girl)
Very excited to get this grow going, hopefully keep it going well. Any feedback or constructive criticism is well appreciated!
We have coco coir based nutrients, a water filter for clean water, TDS and ph meters and two thermometers place in seperate locations with humidity gauges.

Three broke ground from their first light cycle, first dark saw the biggest seedlings stem stiffen nicely. Second day of light we should see some baby pics in the am

Taken 3 days ago, lost one baby early she didn't sprout.
The fan behind them is dedicated to keeping them dancing.
Will take some more tomorrow and post they have grown a good amount since.
Question , when to transplant and what are people's preferred methods?

Taken this morning, they are happily thickening up , dancing all day to keep them happy. Been feeding them round every 30 hours with a nice two part nutrient, and a small 10% clean pH balanced top up so we don't burn them. We had the light to far at first and they got leggy, so I added a bit of medium and moved the light close and I think they are doing fairly well for a first grow

I'm culturing coco for transplanting, going to get it chemically as close to matching the mix that is in the solo's, by feeding it the same mixture and mixing it up every day. Because we are doing ScOG method we only want to transplant once, so I want a healthy strong rootball.
Growing bags, thoughts anyone?
Pros and cons maybe?

Use soil on your first grow, much easier and less mistakes can happen.

Really I have heard coco can be slightly more forgiving. I know it needs more acidic and EC water then soil, and we have coco specific nutrients . I have read it can have higher yield it's just thirsty.
To be specific, it's my first ever indoor grow. I have grown many a outdoor crop but never micromanaged a environment so much.
I'm worried my light is inadequate honestly

Imo soil is the least attentive you need to be to your plants.

Coco is a daily watering, Phing, feeding, testing runnoff, and so on.

That is true, but between the wife and I, we have enough free time, and motivation, to try for a greater yield and quality if possible. Reaching high but not too high you know
