First grow yellow leaves during flower

I am on my first grow and only have 1 outdoor plant. It is in flower. It has started to get yellow leaves and they then dry and fall off. We have got a lot of rain and think that is the issue but if there is anything else that could be causing this, can anyone explain enough so I can go research with a few solid details? Thanks for any advice. Also would like info on buying seeds online without being caught
