I have 8 other kush seeds that I will start after I get the process down. I still only have the one plant and one 26w cfl in a shoe box. I have been watering every two days with tap water I let sit out for 48 hours. I placed the plant under the light in the box after Phenom420 said it looked stressed. I havent decided the schedule of light that may be best. Any suggestions anyone.
2 days is most likely too often.
Get yourself a mostiure meter they are about $10 at lowes, home depot and garden stores, some have a ph probe built in as well, I have one works great.
You need to check about 3 inches below top soil to see if your soil is dry or not, it only needs water when its dry, gotta let it dry out to breathe.
18/6 is standard, you can do 12/12 from seed and also some of us do 24/0 depends on how long you wanna veg, how much weed u want, how good u want it 2 b and so on. 24/0 will take the longest 12/12 fastest about 12-14 weeks alot of the time (what looks like im gettin here)
I do all of em, my needs are odd, I nee weight and stuff quick, so i use my lowest stuff in my fastest grow and my killer shit on my longer grows.
Its really about what YOU want, and how long you can really take the waiting.
Id wait until you finish this grow to start another, your gonna need to save to grow 8 plants, unless you want tiny plants like what im doing in dixie cups.
I have a grow where I have 40 small plants in dixie cups growing on a bookshelf. 12/12 lights hoping to be done within 7-11 weeks.
