first grow

ok so i started the germ process in jiffy peat pellets. its been 2 days and the first seed has come out. the only thing is that the seed is out of the soil and the taproots in. im not sure if its deep on but just for the sake of rooting. should i put its deeper down in the medium? and should i start giving light or wait till all the seeds come out to give light.

Give it light to grow towards, and it's common for seedlings to push up their seed pods. The leaves generally fold out of it.

yup what the guy above me said. The seed shell itself typically should be heading upwards if everything is on the right track. Stop worrying you'll be fine

thanks guys and should i do a 18/6 since they are so young? don't wanna kill my babies or anything.

sweet thanks guys, heres a pic of them after 3 days. the tallest ones is 2 inches. it shot up real quick.
