Well my set up:
Box:40x40*80
Light: cfls total of 8 currently total of around 200W 6400k,will add more when needed
Temp: 70-74 f
Soil: generic soil
Seed: from a previous smoke

Plant: around 10 days old from seed, also got 2 more that are about 5 days old, here is the progress for the oldest plant:
