First Grow

Hey guys, first time poster here. I am trying to set up my first grow box..which I've decided to use a mini fridge for. I have one 14 watt (60 watt equivalent) CFL bulb right now...do I need more than one bulb? What else do I need to add? The inside dimensions of the fridge are 29" tall, 16" wide, and 16" deep.

All suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciated.

That bulb won't grow you any good flowers. It may be able to handle a baby for a short time but you will need a stronger bulb.

Also if the door is going to be closed there needs to be fans for air to come in and out. She needs to breathe.

I assume you're putting it in a soil pot, that's not much room to grow so your going to want to top early and flower early. The plant will x2 or x3 in size when it flowers.

Other than that, just make sure you use good soil and water.

If you need something small and cheap get a GROW LED.

Best would be a HPS or MH system. I doubt that nor a T5 would fit in that box though.

you would roast a plant with a HID in there. Get some ventilation and about 100w actual lighting, not equivalent, in both 6500k and 2700k color for veg and flowering

this would work you can get them in 130w, 200w, 300w, 2700k, 6400k and duel spectrum. Still produce a but of heat so adding ventilation is necessary.

^ this is the best answer, get a decent CFL and you'l be fine ;D
